• Lead Volunteers — Guide volunteer teams, support service delivery, maintain safe and welcoming spaces.

• General Volunteers — Assist with activities, events, community support, and day‑to‑day operations.

• Team lead — Offer skills such as mentoring, creative arts, sports, wellbeing, or community outreach.

• Administrative & HR Assistants — Support recruitment, onboarding, communication, and organisational processes.

 

🛡️ Safeguarding & Support Roles

• Safeguarding Leads / Officers — Ensure compliance with UK safeguarding standards, respond to concerns, and support safe practice.

• Wellbeing & Inclusion Officers — Promote accessibility, inclusion, and positive experiences for all participants.

 

📣 Communications & Engagement

• Media & Communications Assistants — Support branded content, social media, community updates, and public engagement.

• Community Engagement Officers — Build partnerships, support outreach, and strengthen local impact.

 

🧭 Project & Service Roles

• Service Coordinators — Manage specific programmes, ensure quality delivery, and support staff/volunteers.

• Event Coordinators — Plan and run community events, workshops, and seasonal activities.
